I know how exhausting modern life can be - I’ve lived it. After years in high-pressure corporate roles, burnout pushed me to make a different choice. That decision led me on a later-in-life journey toward health and happiness, eventually landing me in the Piney Woods of East Texas.
Through Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation, I learned there’s no quick fix—but there is a sustainable path. By changing how I eat, live, think, and relate to the world, I transformed a stressed-out life into one rooted in gratitude, beauty, and love.
Today, I work one-on-one with individuals, teach, and speak publicly, helping modern people integrate ancient wisdom into real, everyday life. My goal is simple: to show that health and happiness are attainable—and that life can be an adventure, every single day.
